Zeigler-Royalton CUSD 188

Per Illinois Law, Public School Districts must conduct an Intruder Lockdown Drill within the first 90 days of school. Zeigler-Royalton CUSD 188 will be conducting our "Safety (Lockdown) Drill" on Friday, September 6, 2024. This drill will be conducted in collaboration with the Franklin County Sheriff's Department. With parents’ authorization, the students may participate in Alternative Threat Training rather than physically participating in the drill. If you are interested in “opting out” your child for the physical portion of the drill please call your child's school for additional information on the steps that are required. Students are still required to complete alternative training.
